1. General Provisions
This compliance, refund, and cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which our U.S.-based company provides digital services to clients in other countries. By engaging our services, the client agrees to these terms.
2. Service Delivery
Our digital services include, but are not limited to, consulting, software development, digital marketing, and graphic design.
Once payment is processed, service delivery will be scheduled according to the agreed terms.
We reserve the right to decline service requests that do not comply with our policies or are technically or legally unfeasible.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds will only be granted in the following cases:
Service delivery failure: If we are unable to fulfill service delivery due to reasons attributable to our company.
Transaction error: If a payment was processed in error or duplicated.
Breach of agreement: If the delivered service significantly differs from the original agreement.
Refunds do not apply in the following cases:
Once the service has been delivered and approved by the client.
If the client changes their mind or no longer needs the service.
If delays in service delivery result from the client’s lack of response or cooperation.
To request a refund, the client must submit a request within 7 days of service delivery to hello@squadofgrowth.com with a detailed description of the issue.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a service before its development has begun. However:
If the service has already been partially completed, a proportional fee will be charged based on the work performed.
For subscriptions or recurring services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
If a client violates the terms of use or misuses the service, we reserve the right to cancel the service without issuing a refund.
